The company had announced in June the closing of the SAAN deal was on 30/8/00. In light of positive earnings from the SAAN division in the last quarter, I don't see any reason this will not go through as expected.

They got their money + compensation for the Tundra deal, got rid of the remaining Pioneer shares (not much anyways), and sold three real estate properties in the last quarter.

The expected cash distributions will be in the order of 0.8 to 1$ per share from the Alliance pipeline.

The stock does move in sympathy to FCE.UN so people are keeping an eye on it, and I think once the pipeline starts making money, and any discount secondary to uncertainty goes away, we should see 10-12$/share minimum in my opinion.
