MM's: For what it's worth, I actually had the privilege of talking to an MM during a tour of the CBOE several months ago. He told me that all things considered, the current state of technology means that MM's and floor traders have maybe a 7-8 minute lead on the general market -- and that assumes that they hear any news or rumors over the din of the floor or other environmental buzz. Makes you wonder when the MM's take a potty break.
