Let's face it - Intel has shrunk the Pentium III to 90 sq. mm. on a 0.18 micron process.

By doubling up the L2 cache to 512K, and keeping the die size at 90 sq. mm on 0.13 micron process, the Pentium IIIA will be one heckuva performer - and very low cost chip to produce.
