If viewed as debauchery, the painting heightens the woman's nakedness from both the male and female perspective. Supercharging sexual nerve endings, especially the ones between the ears often results from unconventional or daring behavior. Shock, anticipation, even anxiety may add to the rush.

Only a personal opinion. Please do not confuse this view of debauchery with a sweaty pile of drunks on the shag carpet in the basement rec room (haven't been there - haven't done that).
