NSBe - Debt for oil?

Here Clinton publicly admit that Nigeria has no new oil production capacity.
------------------------------------------------------------

news.bbc.co.uk

At his news conference, Mr Clinton said he had asked Mr Obasanjo to lobby for an increase in the amount of oil being pumped by members of Opec, of which Nigeria is one.

However, he acknowledged that Nigeria was already producing at near capacity, so it was not in a position to influence oil prices by itself

------------------------------------------------------------

I think William "Lame Duck" Clinton and his compadre William "Blind Deaf and Dumb Duck" Richardson would do better if they faked a video of 10,000 supertankers, loaded to the gunnels with crude all, steaming into NY Harbor.

Really now, if this is a "jawbone the price of oil down" trip, it is an abysmal failure. Can you imagine any worse place to advocate $20 oil? What is this dude thinking? No this trip is for the folks back home only, not for the Nigerians, which can only be even MORE insulting to them.

Only 3 more months of these clowns and their brain dead FAILED energy policy. I can't wait.
