Darbes, Did you notice pauL's observation... Yes, I noticed it. The power considerations take a "back seat" at the moment to availability considerations. Power usage will come down, but right now the processing power of the Athlon interests me lots more than the power consumed. The TransMeta 1W chip sounds like a neat thing but it just won't "kick butt", the Athlon kicks butt in a major way! Kindest regards, CrazyMan
