I think that levy is absolutely correct. Jain has a great product, however it is one thing to be cocky when your stock is $138......everyone thinks you are brilliant. At $28/share he should be more humble. My bet is that Russ has thought of this and has made agreements during the negotiations for Jain to filter into the background once this deal closes in November.
