The language is playing possum; settle all the debt or big guys wrote off their losses and you are forgiven(no more records of your account). It happen to my company with Dupont, many many years ago. Later they give us more credit to buy industrial diamonds. The art of survival is be nice to the people you owe money. So what else is new. Stockholders have to appreciate the efforts of survival by some one who is still holding the bag. If you need help just send me an email. Hope you like turning this situation around? I do. My neighbor used to tell me "I wish I have your situation, I love the challenge". Of course, things turned around, and I ran the business for another 29 years. That was then; now I am telling you "play possum for a while" and work things out slowly; hold on to all the assets; don't sell them too cheap especially if they are Taiwanese scanners.
