1. No SMP chip set - supposed to be delivered in December, 1999 ?

Who said that?

Actually, what Drew Prairie said in a 1999 interview was "BEFORE the middle of next year". To me, that means his deadline ran out at the end of June, which is 6 months into 2000, which was 2 months ago:

"[CPUReview] When can we expect SMP motherboards for the Athlon?

[AMD] There should be SMP motherboards before the middle of next year.

2. AthWiper Ultra - also promised for December 1999 - where is this screw up?

What is it, and who said it?

XEON Series Competitor. I Found These:

"As for Server and Workstation market, Gary Bixler pointed out that AMD is determined to go into this area because by Q2, year 2000, Athlon Ultra can support up to 1Gb and L2 can be up to 8Mb."
