SF (Nok) - were you around end of June when we were trading LBRT? - i think there could be some good short term playing here - out over the weekend in Business Week was an article on Interactive TV and MSFT falling behind on deliverables - companies mentioned in there waiting for MSFT were thinking of switching to LBRT - also this old news.....In return for its $100 million, Cisco gets just under 4% of Liberate's stock, a stake it can file away with the hundreds of other investments and acquisitions it has made in recent years. The deal makes Cisco Liberate's third-largest shareholder, behind Oracle (Nasdaq: ORCL - news), which owns 41% of the company, and America Online (NYSE: AOL - news), which holds a 9% stake - it was as high as 148 at the end of last year and took its tumble along with everything else - yet we may be getting close for it to start rebounding! - what do you guys think? Thanks, C26
