Does the thread welcome discussion of competition? It appears as though PM is making accusations that either I, or the founder of Palm, is stupid. I would assume, since obviously the founder of Palm is not stupid, that PM is referring to me.

HAND using another OS instead of PALM OS sounds very stupid. It must come from someone who is lack of the basic knowledge of software industry. It's worthless to discuss such kind of possibility hear.
To ignore competition, product features, product differentiation is simiply unrealistic.
Look at Hand taking 25% of the market share in less than 1 year. Why is this?
I'm focused upon capital preservation first, and then capital gains.
Analysts discuss hard questions. What I am doing, stating, and asking are very basic questions. Does the thread simply want Pollyannas hyping how great the Palm is, or a focus upon the competitive landscape? Corel, Netscape, Lotus were once can't miss companies. |
