The release was bogus on its surface for anyone who understands normal procedures. Such a release if real would have to be "filed" with NASDAQ prior to dissemination, and I believe the SEC (followed later by an 8-K), which would have led to a trading halt immediately, allowing fair dissemination. In addition, this was so soon after the FY end and audit, that it was suspicious. When I saw EMLX on the %down list, and checked the website and saw nothing after August 22, I wondered ... and by that time it was 10:40.
