Small Fry, I have been having one CONSISTENT problem with Qcharts running on my Dell..."Lost Cluster" Errors where Qcharts and my whole system freezes, a line of bright green vertical lines appears across the top of the entire screen and I have to reboot. Upon rebooting, Windows repairs the problems which takes a few minutes. It happens at least once a day, and only when I leave qcharts idle for more than 10 minutes. Possibly it happens when alerts trigger and are not turned off. Because it never seems to happen when I'm just sitting here watching, only when I leave my office. If I run to the mailbox and leave it running, guaranteed it's locked up when I return. This started before I installed the chat room voice software. I do have both Real Player, MS Media Player and my Creative Soundblaster stuff installed...
Using 3/1b2.Any clues?
Susan

PS, I can fix ANY mac problem on my own, hardware or software but Windows pcs? Clueless : )

PS#2: Love that fibonacci tool on Qcharts, WOW. It's so incredibly accurate!!!!! Amazing.
