Thanks for ur insights re the specifics of the patent suit. I believe
Intel may have the ability to sue Dec on some of their patents which
they have not yet chosen to enforce their patent right. Also Dec is
a decent customer of Intel. This suit ain't ever gonna see the inside
of a courtroom.Trust me. Dec wants some bucks. And the best legal
weasels that money can buy will insure that Intc doesn't pay any
damages.
