But it still sucks for the people who got burned. It's just not how the game is supposed to be played. So do you think the reporting services have some responsibilty to check out a PR that has company re-instating earnings, CEO resigning, and a SEC investigation? Briefing.com apologized but blamed the wire service. Since the Hoax contained three highly unusual kisses of death for any company, I would have figured someone who have called he company before releasing it. CBSMarketwatch just pulled the original article after it was a hoax. Jack
