Jason - What if you logged on, saw EMLX down 40, go to Briefing.com and see the "bogus" news reported as fact then go to Bloomberg and see this:

quote.bloomberg.com

This is what happened to me and unfortunately I bailed. If this report was true, as I believed it to be, EMLX would be dead money for 6-12 months so I sold. Missed the halt by 5 minutes.

I think this just serves as notice that any trader could have been fooled. To me, I wasn't fooled at the time of the sale, I thought itwas true. Head of Navallier (sp?) funds (with 1.18 million EMLX shares) thought it was true too. Didn't say if he sold though.

Very good lesson for all of us to learn. More painful for some of us. My sympathies to those who were robbed of their money. If you made money on this thinking it was in fact a hoax before the stock was halted, shame - your day will come.

I intend to follow up with SEC, NAZ, FBI in the hopes of getting at least some satisfaction. If I get any of the 22K I lost back (don't expect to though), it will go to charity.
