I know this won't last though. 6 hours to install the sucker, the first one broke after a few months and I'm on to number 2. Cable modem and 6 hours of installation is free of course. Add up these 3 costs and they won't make any money off of me for about 2 years. This doesn't even take into account the bandwidth I use and how much that costs. The whole business model is F****d if you ask me. Amazon, NetZero, and all that other crap needs to die fast. You can't sell product at a loss and make it up on volume. I'm surprised this crap has been allowed to go on so long. Once the business model gets straightened out, the real fun can begin. These guys like NetZero are screwing it up for everyone else.
