Hardy went to Jacksonville (I think). It was one of those free agent things, I think he would have prefered to stay in Tampa, Tampa would have loved to keep him, the numbers just didn't add up.
From the pre-season (generally worthless), I would say the defence may lave lost a little ground (up the middle), not enough to make a difference though. The offense, with new lineman, a new coodinator, new wide reciever (K. Johnson looks GREAT), and a second year QB, hasn't looked very good. They need time to learn the new system. Maybe they are keeping things under wraps, who knows. Need the kid to step up at QB, big time.
I agree, Washington and TB could be the pre-season SB (NFC)favorites. Expect Tampa to be OK early in the season, they need to be great in the second half of the season.
