LOL...Clinton has sure taken that to the n-th degree. He just pulled off (no pun intended) what Nixon could not -- getting away with it.

Even if there is a remedy for some of the pre-halt trades, you can be certain that the brokers will tell everyone that there is not and they, most certainly, will act like they know what they are doing when they say-so. None of this is their fault, but that begs the question of whether they may have a hand in a remedy for some.
