Rambus is offering out and out thieves a chance to come to the table and negotiate.

Thieves fight and lose in court.
Rmbs is supposed to turn the other way or put them out of business.

I would let them keep their business at double the going royalty rate. Just a matter of time before someone buckles.

Then they all fold within another 6 months.
If someone buckles quick we both know that if there is no DDR mobo at that time DDR wil be DEAD DEAD DEAD, except for niche graphics. (Unless of course Rambus choses a single DDR design that they can all produce too).

Yes, why hadn't we thought of that before? No DDR momo because Rambus has not set the standard yet and the consortium can not and will not come to agreement on its own.

Once we all agree to the DDR standard as set by RMBS, thats when we see that DDR mobo being mass produced.
