SUNW remains in the "Bullish" category in my updated ratings -- again, the dipping volume is viewed as a negative. Volume in the entire market continues to fall, which to me is a troubling sign.

But, SUNW has almost doubled since November, while the general market (NYSE) has been flat -- so there's a different point of view should there be a dip during the next two months (on average the stock market performs worst in September and October, since 1968).

A 25% or so annual gain for SUNW certainly seems easily within reach -- in my area lots of new cabling is being put in for high-speed internet access. High speed access translates into much increased load on web site servers, which translates into need for more servers and more powerful servers and more network bandwidth -- hence, more sales for SUNW, CSCO.
