... because the move in the price went against me. My tactic is to take small losses promptly. As someone once said, "The only thing worse than being on the wrong side of the market, is staying on the wrong side of the market."

I'm prepared to go short on VTSS when the time is right. I suspect that time is near.

I am presently short SMH.
