UnBelievable:

Since you haven't retracted your incorrect information on PALM here (as yet), I'll do it for you. Your post on the MDD thread in a similar vein:

Message 14282177

prompted an unwarranted attack on me on the PALM thread:

Message 14282298

to which I responded with the facts:

Your erroneous post on the MDD thread was quickly corrected:

Message 14282645

a correction which you acknowledged, along with the fact that your original info was wrong:

Message 14282712

In short, there is no "lockup" expiration on Monday on the 532 million shares of PALM. Those 532 million shares were held by 3Com following the IPO, and were distributed to COMS shareholders on 7/27/00 (including 273 million to institutional shareholders), from which point on they, together with the other 31 million shares in the float (563 million total), have been freely tradable for a month now.

I hope you haven't shorted PALM yourself based on this incorrect info.

David T.
