Dennis -- the only need for a 'soft landing' was created by AG and the inflation that only existed was in his mind. Look for the lowering of interest rates the 1st half of next year. Once the realization of recession hits, which it will as soon as the last 2 raises (.75%) are felt, he will be in scurry mode.
