Ron,

Hopefully such news will not come out for at least another few weeks since I'm in the process of shaking loose some more cash for more BPR shares.

I've looked at past PR's and am convinced that management is on the up & up. Not the brightest lights in the hallway but I feel this project can succeed in spite of that weakness.

Only thing that doesn't make sense here is why the Wheat guy didn't ever start the development of the properties. Any idea?
