Ed,

A close examination of the 144s would have revealed the same names and number of shares on these documents. That right away was a clue. The number of 144s was a function of some sort of legal artifact and not an indication of large numbers of shares being sold by the filer, which was the implication being raised by what's his face. Also, the definition of the 144 found at the Edgar site does not suggest the idea of an insider selling shares, only establishing the shares in question as being marketable.

I can understand why you would have liked to have seen management publish some statements regarding this. But would it have done any good? It all boils down to confidence in the management. If this is missing, any additional statements would have been seen as self serving. Responding to messages posted on these boards would further complicate their lives and jobs. I prefer to have my management tend to the tasks at hand.

By the way, there is more on this particular holder of the Series A shares. messages.yahoo.com

Regards,

Jack Simmons
