You know nothing of what Russ is thinking.............Russ bought into the technology that Jain has. It is a great compliment for all the properties(as well as Charter) that GNET currently owns. He is dealing with Jain for the technology, not to sell Go2net. Russ could sell GNET for MUCH more than the merger with INSP will give him. The correction from the $138 high in INSP is what Russ sees...........he knows what he is getting involved with. You are TOTALLY wrong on this one. Trust me, I know what I am talking about.
