I did some good hard face climbing and am now just a tad bit soar. Sorry to hear that. Hope your face feels better soon. That seems difficult. Do you tie your hands behind your back and then thrust your face into the rock wall, then using your neck muscles to pull yourself up? Sounds like good exercise. HeeHaw! -JackAssLaLane
