That's a really interesting passage.

I read a book, when I was a child, called the Spell of Chuchuchan. It was about happiness- but same idea. When you are looking for it, you won't find it. When you forget to look it may be there, and when you remember again that you are looking for it, it is gone.

Very good book. The moral has stayed with me all my life.
