*OT* I disagree with that, as they have been steadily improving since the late 1980's, even with increasing mail volume in the mid-to late 1990's. Overall, they do a tremendous job, and they are one of the few arms of the government that most Americans are still proud of and satisfied with, in survey after survey. Yogi
