Manfred, re worker eductation IMHO the average european worker IS better educated than US. This is particularly true at lower tech levels and production levels. The US overalls has very wide ranging education levels. The worst is that there have been college graduates who it has been learnt can not even read (certain us sports athletes)!!!! The best in US is simply the best. Anyhow enuff OT, regards, Kash
