I got an answer from Steven H Bethke

1) The float of stock that is non restricted according to our
calculation is 7 million shares.

2) We cannot comment about any possible merger except to say discussions
with partners is always on going. The talks may or may not lead to
fruition.

NOT VERY MUCH? BUT They say the FLOAT = 7000k and not 1200k
That makes a big difference.
Our group ownes 1.7 million shares and there are still 5.3 million in the FLOAT!!!!
