Bambooa, IMHO, I think it's the real thing. I went out there a few months back, and visited the company. I ate at their resturants (best Pizza and Italian food I EVER ate, if you ask me ... especially the Pizza), and met with their officers.
I think it's the real deal. The only 'shadow' that's been hanging over their heads, is the Chapter 11, Re-org bankruptcy proceedings.
Per their corporate website however, it looks like the current shareholders will stay in place (which was a major concern to all, and the MOST risky part of the process).
