As I said earlier, "if it ain't broke...", and I gather from your posts that you are doing "very well, thank you".

1. I'd prefer to see many fewer interpersonal spats publicly aired. That part of SI and, sometimes, this thread is broken.

2. My net worth after all expenses except next April's tax bill has increased by 86% YTD and about 140% Y/Y. SI is playing an ever decreasing part in my decision making.

3. 3 years ago, the "Blood" thread that you started played a substantial role in my decision making process; and helped me establish a very powerful portfolio foundation. For that, I'm still grateful.

In conclusion, if you believe that a debate process would help some folk make better investment decisions, go for it.
Personally, I prefer the more informal process where anyone who has some value to add just jumps in and adds it - whether bearish or bullish.

The biggest improvement in SI could be made if those with no value to add - bearish, bullish or OT, would ust keep their hands off their keyboards.
