The case is out of their hands but i too suspect a good outcome. I too believe that business is good, and getting better. Wall Street overshot on the downside and I wouldn't be surprised we had a 50% move. The timing on the move depends on how the legal situation plays out as well as visible improvement in earnings. Just have had that happen to me in 2 other software stocks that i purchased when noone wanted them--bmcs and psft and they are moving nicely again. The first shot could come today if we go to appeals. Psychologically that is big for msft.
