I may not come across as being relaxed, but I can assure you that I am! I find it interesting that you request assistance from me, yet you start off your post by telling me what to do. So, your a psychologist<g>, that explains a few things, like your opening line in the last post!

The way I see it, VTSS's earnings over the past 9 months were about 86 million, but if one takes out the acquisition related expenses of close to 70 million it drastically reduces bottom line earnings. Excluding acquisitions, VTSS's current PE is close to 150+/- based on the last 9 months earnings. Forward PE based on estimates for next FY brings in about a 90 PE, using current consensus numbers. VTSS has shown an ability to beat the street on a regular basis, so we might consider the forward estimates a bit on the low side but that's subject to individual interpretation.
