kap-- I have been assured by reputable Intel lackies that Dell requires all new cpus go through a rigorous testing process through which no flunkies can pass. I was also assured that Tom Pabst-Smear is an incompetent imbecile. These customers must have been using their processors in inappropriate ways.

Have you sent e-mail to Kannelos and the other technical writers/Intel tools in the computer media? If the processors have actually been pulled by Dell due to customer complaints about stability, this sounds worthy of an article.
