Hi James,

I've been following your posts on Rule 144 sales and I think it might behoove you to go back and look at the historical record on BRCM before leaping to any conclusions about anyone abandoning the ship. What you seem to be pointing out in a somewhat shrill fashion (fewer CAPS, please) as dumping is actually just business as usual, as it has been carried out since BRCM has been a public company. Relax, take a breath and get used to the most aggressive stock option operation I know of. It took me a while, but I did, and now it's don't worry, be happy. This company rocks. And yes, as you suspect, the insiders do know something. They know that selling stock that they acquire through the company's option programs is a big part of their on-going and consistent and prudent compensation for working for a market leader.

Best, Ray
