Tae, Lew, LemonHead and the rest,

I am happy to see all the new faces on board.

Since SEG and Fido have liquidated holdings we need new individual shareholders to sop up some of the float. I expect another split is coming with Q3 earnings, possibly before if we see some sustained stock price appreciation.

Tae, I am interested in your valuation model for SNDK. I am estimating 2000 EPS at $1.42 and a poorly substantiated 2001 EPS estimate (based on growth of less than 50%) of around $2.00. Thus, our forward PE is probably still in the 40 range based on 2001 estimates. I will also say that I will be disappointed if we only do $2.00/share in 2001 based on all the production coming on line.

In any case I think the thread could use some magic from Cardin Drake and some accounting skills from whoever feels confident. I would like to see how the FlashVision JV and Digital Portal JV are accounted against operations.

Best,

Aus
