I think you have the right strategy on this one. It is certainly an easy one to lose patience on. Jacada's business plan is great, their customer base is great, their profitable, and their growing by leaps and bounds but the stock is dead. There is no volume, it can't seem to get back in the teens, and I don't see any great driving force sending it higher. As I have mentioned before, I will give it a couple more quarters and then call it quits. I think at this point the biggest downside is that it is dead money for awhile. Check back often.
