bullsh*t...the gains haven't been realized...investments do not equal savings...if they were to be transformed into savings (i.e. "realized"), the markets would collapse, and the perceived 'savings' would disappear into money heaven...

who are these 'economists' anyway...they sound like WS propaganda shills not economists...
