Ed, I think under the past structure, BPI would have had to provide most financing and could not do this. They seemed to have trouble getting the required information disenimated, BPI beng public and Mid-Con being a private company.

BPI will probably end up giving a sizeable chunk away to a new operator, but it will mean quick development and cash flow
