They were famous for their lavish social events, but that is not exactly what I meant by "social spending". Scumbria, I don't think you understand the situation...he was a famous actor, and former gov. of CA....his soirees had to be lavish...think of all the actors and actresses in attendance...they were used to the very best. I just don't think you recognize a great president/man when you see one. ted
