Stefaan:

Pre(r)amble...... I haven't a clue, just guessing.....

I think it is probably Crouse (Healthcare Ventures). They filed back in April. They hold 26% of the shares, so it's best that we get rid of them.

<vpg>

Aetna also has about 300K shares, at least a part of which they want to dump (prospectus filed 8/15) or have recently dumped. I was thinking that the larger blocks and scalping might have come from them and from Evolution Capital, and that might have been sufficient to cause more recycling among shares by touchy daytraders, but then the volume got a bit large for that??

So...... weakness deriving from those deeply discounted offerings that ticked us off?

Sellers don't necessarily have smarts..... remember, Rosenwald, Rogers, Kash, Iwaki et al. were open market dumping as BTRN recently headed south to $5/share. Rumor has it that they needed liquidity due to "mistakes".

In any event, there have been prospecti hanging over the stock, and I'm glad to see the damn sellers exiting into strength this time.
