According to the WOGCC site, seven of the nine wells permitted so far this summer have been spudded (and at least two of these seven are completed):
Section 23 --
6-23 Spudded 8-10-00
16-23 " 8-17-00
10-23 " 7-24-00 (11 fracs completed 8-9-00, 24-hour flowback, 9 MMcf)
14-23 " 7-19-00 (5 of 10 fracs completed 8-9-00, 24-hour FB, 6 MMcf)
2-23 " 8-10-00

Section 24 --
4-24 Spudded 8-16-00
14-24 " 8-14-00

10-24 and 12-23 permitted, but NOT spudded.

Clearly Ultra intends to boost production, cash flow and earnings ASAP!
