Hi JP, Our chances are getting better for success. The first step was finding something positive. Now tell me it is worth a lot of money and we have got ahold of the rights to the land surrounding it. As stated before, I can't emphasis the importance of getting a cash flow for this company. Let's get a POSITIVE image for this company. People haven't given them credit for keeping the company going when we missed on the diamond plays (to this point).
