Herr Peter V,

Why are you always excusing your actions when nobody is questioning them? Or do you feel obliged because you assume that the SI community regards me as a moron and madman and it would not be political correct to engage with me because your standing in the community would suffer?

So allow me to come to terms with you and finalize this issue in which you are long and I am short.Since this morning.(Ironic indeed)

1- A few years ago you came on to the CCSI thread with a great number of negative postings about a certain Dr.Meisel if you recall and you just would not stop trashing the good Dr.You annoyed a lot of people there, inclusive myself. They have dealt with you the best they could,I never did, other as to request you to stop annoying me.I was not upset about your comments as such, but what nerved me was your repeated assurance that you hold no stock in the company besieged by short sellers.

2)-That you,for years frequent short sellers threads or mingle with posters known to like a short cut to cash when the bell rings or the short guru winks, does not make you a member of organized short selling and I never accused you of being one.

3)-What got me here on this EMLX thread was present criminal EMLX act and what really activated me to have a look was the repeated assurances of the CEO of EMLX that everything is fine and dandy and the company was victimized by a hoaxer. All repeated today.

"Analysts have us projected this quarter with record sales and earnings again, and all of that is very much still in place,"he said in a interview on Friday.Emulex officials could not be immediately reached on Monday."

In another story, according to the CEO EMLX his company passed the audit with flying colors.

To come up with a sentence as pointed in strong black above the CEO Paul Folino truly must assume that the readers are dumber as even the CA non smoker police would allow.

The Art of dumb belling it`s called in my book.

One can think and talk about analysts in most discrediting ways but "cooking the books" or subscribing to new age aggressive accounting practices one could not accuse them off.

And that was the point with which "THE HOAXER" shaved about $2.4 billion B in market capitalization from EMLX before the halt on Friday.

NOT any doubt about what Analysts have projected! If that would have been the case the stock would have lost perhaps a few dollars only.Just like Yahoo today after the womans comments.

And is it not a fact that nowadays those Generally Accepted Accounting Principles(GAAP)have a lot of investors, traders, speculators and gamblers, myself included, very, very worried?

If my memory serves me right, the sentence "having passed the audit with flying colors" should activate every alarm bell in a SEC investigators head and without any delay EMLX
should be audited again and scrutinized to the last microchip in the stockroom.

In fact if I had a say in the matter. All trades on Friday should be canceled. The CEO arrested and brought in for proper LAPD questioning which at least shall incorporate 2 hours facing 200 Watts of lamp power and the company doors be sealed off to ordinary traffic.

>Just as a precaution, while the search for the "HOAXTER"
goes on.<)

And there is so much more which sticks out and smells of foul play in this sorry affair.Like the cloud over the wire service.

Herr Peter V, I propose that we just close our notice sheets and go our ways and please do not think I am the only one who sees the shadows of short sellers in every wicked ploy.

"Emulex is a huge highflier owned by high-quality people that had vaulted 50 points on the backs of the shorts, who definitely were behind this sophisticated hoax."

(and please no replies about the pot and the kettle.)
