I couldn't agree more.

I've been reading through the actual data from the summary the report was taken from, and it's remarkable to see how the racial gap was steadily decreasing from 1980-1992 and then suddenly starting increasing.

It's pretty obvious to me the executive summary was designed to mask any political inferences. The charts are really depressing. You've got to check them out on pages 48-55 of the report. The clearest chart is on pages 54 and 55.

Bush should use this report to highlight the complete failure of Clinton and Gore to address the racial educational divide, and explain how "targeted vouchers" could profoundly impact these children.

Then he should shove the article below, and the report it was drawn from in, every Democrats face until they get the big picture! It's too bad every family asking for a voucher couldn't have received one.

All because Al Gore and his sick Democratic friends are willing to sacrifice children for political power! How totally pathetic! I don't know how any Democrat can look themselves in the mirror knowing they're voting in order to keep minority children in ignorance. And because of that ignorance, poverty for generation after generation.
