In due time, JDSU will play catch-up. It wouldn't surprise me to see the stock "explode" as a result of the pent-up demand and short covering.

I think the lead into October earnings will be really good for the stock as well. Expecting stock split to give the stock a boost in October. Short covering rally is also inevitable but the timing will be hard to predict.
