Hi mishedlo; Actually, Micron figures on losing this case. That way, Micron will never be able to sell memory again, per Rambus comments on what they will do to companies that lose patent suits against them. Micron's management has taken massive numbers of long term puts on MU in advance of this. Rambus will be up big time tomorrow, given the news that Micron is committing suicide. Everybody should buy as much RMBS as possible in the premarket, we're going to the moon!!! -- Carl P.S. Now when was it that Micron was going to start mass producing RDRAM, thereby finally allowing the price of the technology to drop?
